Suite: Optional onboarding at $1,500 — multi-facility setup, full category mapping, buyer portal configuration, and a pre-submission audit review of your first report before it goes to a buyer.
Upgrade at any time by contacting us — no data migration, no re-onboarding. We apply your remaining contract value (minus onboarding difference if upgrading from monthly) to Suite pricing. Your existing reports, integrations, buyer connections, and data history carry over immediately.
No penalty, no forced upgrade. Core covers up to 5 facilities — additional facilities are $99/mo each, billed monthly. Suite covers up to 20 facilities — additional facilities are $149/mo each. You only pay for what you use. If you're consistently adding facilities, it may make sense to upgrade — but that's your call.
Choose annual if you have buyer deadlines 3+ months out and want the lowest cost (Core: $650/mo vs $799/mo monthly, saves $1,788/yr). Choose monthly if you're evaluating the product, have short-term contracts, or want flexibility to cancel without penalty. Mid-cycle upgrades from monthly to annual are available — we apply your remaining balance.
Onboarding fees are non-refundable — they cover our team's time to configure your account. Monthly subscriptions have no refund; you get access through the end of your paid period.
